Refund Policy

Although we want our products to always work as expected, a problem occurs in a very small percentage of cases. We are very sorry if this happens, but sometimes items supplied directly from the manufacturer may not work properly. In short, neither you nor Yahaji could have done anything to avoid this problem.

Manufacturer's Warranty

If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions, including contact details, are usually printed on the packaging. If you cannot find them or if the warranty is provided by Yahaji and not the manufacturer, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.

Returns

Return is authorized if Yahaji receives the request within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns must reach Yahaji in their entirety (original packaging and contents) within 14 calendar days of the return. Yahaji will cover the return costs of any damaged or defective product.

To request warranty information or a return for a defective item, please contact us with a description of the damage/defect and include photos of the product to expedite the returns process.

Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued once Yahaji receives the item. If after inspection the product is found to be free of defects, the cost of the tag will be deducted from the refundable amount, along with a 15% restocking fee.

Exchange Notice / Non-Defective Product

We generally offer a 30-day return policy, but please note that due to their nature, some items cannot be returned. This will be indicated on the product page. Do not open the product if you do not intend to keep the purchased item. All returns must be complete (with all original packaging and contents) and in working condition. They must arrive at Yahaji within 14 calendar days of their return authorization; Prior authorization is required within 30 days of delivery.

In the event of a change of notice for returns, the shipping costs of the original order will not be credited and the cost of returning the item will not be covered.

Refunds will be issued for a change of mind once Yahaji receives the item. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be made. Change of mind refunds to our partners will be issued once the customer has contacted our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to Yahaji.

Easy Online Refund

You can now use our simple online returns form to return items by mail via UPS:

  • Access the online returns form with your order number and invoice code.
  • Select the items you wish to return and tell us why you wish to return them.
  • Print a shipping label (you are responsible for the return).
  • Package the items.
  • Drop them off at a UPS pickup location.
